How to log in to InvoiceHippo, reset your password, and what to do if your account is blocked or unknown.
On the login page, click 'Forgot password'.
Enter the email address used to create your account.
Open the email and click on the link. The link is valid for one hour.
Choose a new password of at least 10 characters.
The link can only be used once. If it has expired, simply request a new one.
Message 'unknown combination': usually a different email address than you think. Try the address where you received the confirmation email.
Message about an unactivated account: your email address has not yet been confirmed. Find the activation email or request a new one.
Does your browser keep filling in old data? Log in via a private window to rule that out.
Can multiple people work on one account?
Yes, in packages with multiple users, you invite colleagues with their own email address and password. Never share one login.
