Creating an Account and Confirming Your Email Address
How to create an InvoiceHippo account, what to do in the confirmation email, and what to do if the email doesn't arrive.
Creating an account
Go to the registration page and enter your name, email address, and company name.
Choose a password of at least 10 characters.
Complete the registration. You will be directed to a page asking you to check your email.
Open the confirmation email and click on the activation link.
After activation, you can log in immediately. Your administration will already be set up; you don't need to re-enter anything.
The confirmation email does not arrive
Check your spam or junk mail folder. The email will be from an invoicehippo.nl address.
Check if the email address is correct; a typo in the domain is the most common cause.
Are you using a business address with a strict mail filter? Ask your administrator to allow invoicehippo.nl.
Wait a few minutes and then request a new email via the link on the check page.
If the email still hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, please send us a message via chat or [email protected]. We will then activate your account manually.
Trial period
You start with a 30-day trial period. You don't need to provide payment details to get started. Have you just registered with the Chamber of Commerce? Then you may be eligible for the three-month starter trial; we will verify your Chamber of Commerce registration for this.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my email address later?
Yes. You can do this in the portal under Settings in your user profile. You will receive another confirmation email at the new address.
What happens after the trial period?
Your account remains active and your data is retained. You choose a package to continue working; nothing is automatically charged.
